Purchased a car in April, they gave me a 12 warranty instead of 6 to offer extra reassurance.
On my way to Northampton there was an issue with the car. The AA came out and said the car was fine. It was not. There was a small leak in the coolant. This caused a new engine to be needed due to the AA negligence. Andy and his team have assisted me every step of the way. Collecting the car and running around for all the AAs demands. It has been a long 7 months but eventually everything is sorted. The after sales care and support is absolutely excellent. They really do go above and beyond to help if any issues arise.

I bought my car from here about a month ago, I cannot express how helpful and polite they all were!! Absolutely lovely customer service and really put myself at ease as I’ve never bought a car before.

They even went as far to pick me up from the train station so I didn’t have to get a taxi up. Absolutely amazing people

Myself and my dad have had 4 cars between us from Andy, absolute class service.. yes we are buying 2nd hand cars and some do have problems but any issues at all Andy sorts them out for you, nothing is a hassle for him. Would recommend this garage to anyone.
